Description
Late 19th-century French onyx clock set, the case surmounted with a cast bronze eagle upon a rectangular plinth, supported on four fluted Corinthian columns applied with gilt metal mounts, encasing the four glass panels encasing the enamelled dial applied with floral swags. The two train movement string on a coiled spring. Above twin canister pendulum, raised upon an integrated stepped plinth base and cast gilt metal bracket feet. Together with a pair of conforming ormolu-mounted vase-shaped garnitures.
