Description
A finely made satinwood bench with scrolled ends, each fitted with a woven cane panel and decorated with hand-painted neoclassical motifs including floral sprays, ribbon-tied garlands, and a central oval medallion. The seat retains its caned surface and is presented with a later olive-green cushion. The shaped apron is supported on five slender, tapering legs, each with painted banding and trailing foliate decoration, terminating in turned feet.
